This book and workbook are great resources to help young kids communicate effectively and navigate social anxiety.

This workbook is super helpful in helping kids become social ninjas! This would have been so helpful for me when I was younger! Most people learn social skills through hard experiences growing up. It’s why middle school is so tough! This book creates a shortcut and flatten that learning curve.

I’m sharing it with all my friends with kids who go to public school from first grade and up. It’s helpful not just for kids making friends in school, but learning these skills early will only help them have an advantage in the workplace later in life.
