I wish I could say that's the worst of it. As it turns out, I'm supposedly betrothed to the prince of darkness himself and he's the very definition of tall, dark, and handsome. Don't even get me started on the cocky aurora that surrounds him. It grates me in all the right—excuse me, all the wrong places, and his wicked grin should come with a warning label.

So, all aboard the hot mess express, ladies and gents. It's going to be a wild ride.

Not bad

The narrator wasnt the best but not the worst either. The tone just didnt fit in my head with the characters. The writing and story was quiet enjoyable. Debating on listening to the next in the series.

poor choice is narrators

I really enjoyed reading this book, but the narrators chosen for this audiobook are disappointing and don't do anything to bring Alice and Kia to life.

Great Story

I really enjoyed this story and the narration. It was very entertaining. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series.

Hated the female narrator

There were two narrators. The male brought warmth, emotion, and personality, making the story engaging and alive. The female, by contrast, sounded flat and disengaged, reading without inflection or nuance, which made her character feel hollow and frustrating to listen to.

Amateur writing

DNF 25%. I could not handle the writing of this book. I wanted more world building and some actual depth to the characters before they are thrown together. The dialogue made me cringe. It did not help that the narrators were not suited for this book. The female narrator had only one good female voice, the rest sounded like cartoons. The male narrators voice was too deep.
