Love the adventure

I am never disappointed! I can read the plot and predict what is going to happen in a general way, but I LOVE THE STORY!

I can't say I saw Kevin's heart-warming ....swoon

I can't say I saw Kevin's heart-warming tenderness coming... swoon. He was so dedicated to Layla out the gate, and therefore the Z Corps guys were too, and if ever a woman needed people to have her back it was Layla. Tough, fierce, and hiding behind so many walls...but walls Kevin seemed to bulldoze through without effort...meant to be these two. The humor and Z Corps shenanigans were a riot. Zane and Lincoln...need I say more. And the edge of your seat suspense that ensued when the real danger and action began kept my ears engaged. These two are each other's ride or die, both would go to the ends of the earth for the other...who doesn't want a love like that? And Sebastian York and Janine Granda were amazing as always with the narration.

Slow burn

A slow burn romance for Kevin and Layla in an action packed suspense. I love Zane and all the laughter he gives us. The audible version was just as entertaining.

Answers a lot of questions!

Kevin and Layla aren’t sure they can trust each other but they desperately want to be able to. This audio had lots of moving parts that kept me guessing what was going to happen next. This one answered a lot of questions I had been wondering about and some that I didn’t even know to ask. I laughed a lot and love how the humor is sprinkled throughout the suspense. So definitely get this audio!

Lot of suspense, very good performances

This book has lots of suspense. Lots. With twists. Lots of great characters. It's almost too much at times. Romance, steamy as usual which isn't my thing, but a good romance. The story is entertaining with a great ending. The performances are very good.
