In this episode, Rachel welcomes Heather Sumlin, a Mental Management Coach who has specialized in helping women master the mental game since 2006. As the owner of Sumlin Solutions, she aims not just to help her clients win, but to enable them to control their minds under pressure, build their self-image, and change their perspective on goal attainment. She emphasizes the importance of mastering the mental game in many sports and talks about the development of her career, expressing how she used her father's book 'With Winning In Mind' to shift her perspective and enhance her communication and self-management skills. Heather explains her approach in coaching, focusing on improving self-images, limiting negative imprints, and promoting growth and change over winning. Connect with Heather at heathersumlin.com.
