Definitely worth reading/listening, valuable and actionable ideas.

This book was extremely relatable to my work and personal life. Many times I felt it described me perfectly. The strategies to implement and points of self reflection were very helpful. I definitely will be reading again and using it as a reference to improve.

Difficult listen

The content in this book is good. Sadly I did not listen to a sample before I purchased the Audible version. The main author’s voice is challenging in cadence and sound. I wish I had purchased a paper copy instead.
