IDK what they are trying to do with this. It’s not entertaining and it’s not informative. Ever been to a comedy club on “open mic night” and witnessed people embarrassing themselves? That’s this; extremely cringe.
I get that legacy media outlets like MSNBC/MSNOW have abandoned their roots of delivering news and more focused on “engagement”, but what’s strange is that Nicole Wallace, Rachel Maddow, and Jen Psaki have AMAZING podcasts that truly deliver.
Why this thing? What “demo” are they courting? The network marketing campaign of this mirrors what CNN tried to do for Jake Tapper’s failed book. That didn’t end well.
