Shifter suspense

Full of action and suspense. Shifters are a favorite of mine. Add in a uniquely gifted fated mate and I'm a very happy reader. I loved the storyline and finished the book in one afternoon/evening. The narration was excellent. Both narrators are new to me, but I'll definitely look for more of their work.

While it doesn't end on a huge cliffhanger, it's very obvious that this book is part of a series. I'm all for a good series so that's right up my alley. I can't wait to dive into the rest of the series!!

Quick Listen

This audiobook was an easy and quick listen with lots of characters and great voice changes from the narrators. I personally wanted a little bit more at times from the story, but I still enjoyed it as a whole and want to finish the series.

I am excited for the rest of the series to go audio!

Well Done

This is an excellently written, interesting turn of mythology in the shifter genre. I really enjoyed the narration, but the story was so very good. Well-paced and intriguing; it flowed well and kept me interested almost instantly. I am looking forward to reading the whole series.

new author and 2 great narrators!

Give me a PNR and a great storyline, and I'll fall right into that world. I love finding new authors as well, especially when they pair 2 of my favorite narrators, Ryan West and Stella Hunter.

The story focuses on Nola, who realizes she has powers as a Celestial after being attacked. She's saved by a wolf shifter, Darren, and his lycan pack. There are so many secondary characters to love and I hope they all get a story!

I really enjoyed the overall story and wishing next book I get a bit more backstory of the pack and its members!!

I feel in love with the characters in this book! The Author Violet described them so well and gave them such great characteristics and personality that you really connect with each one.
Nova, our female main character, finds herself constantly on the move. And after coming to a new town she decides to visit the local bar. As soon as she steps inside she literally collides with an extremely hot/handsome stranger, Darren our male main character, that she feels instantly connected too. They go their separate ways to enjoy their night but all spirals when Nova is attacked and kidnapped by the horrible Collectors! Darren, who also felt instantly connected to Nova and happens to be a wolf shifter sees Nova being taken and the chase begins as Darren and his pack go after the Collectors to save Nova!
While in the Collectors possession Nova brutally attacked and it brings her emotions out of control revealing her unknown powers just as Darren and his Pack arrive to rescue her. Even though the pack gets Nova to the safety of their home the Collectors will stop at nothing to get her back and the horror continues! While in the care of Darren’s pack Nova and Darren’s feelings for each other continue to grow stronger and stronger despite the fact the Darren’s pack leader is thinking of claiming Nova for himself to breed a new very powerful breed of wolf shifters! Will the Collectors get Nova? Will Darren and Nova become mates?
I really enjoyed this book. It was fast paced. Action packed. Angsty. And Magical. The chemistry between Darren and Nova was really hot. Aria was hilarious and kept me laughing at her funny quips and antics. All the side characters where great and I connected with all them.
I highly recommend listening to the Audio of this book. I listened to it while on read along on my Kindle. My God the Narrators of this audiobook were phenomenal! The female narrator, Stella Hunter, has a voice as smooth as silk! I could listen to her all day! And the male narrator, Ryan West’s voice is beyond hot and he’s able to change his tone and accents so amazingly well that I had to double check to see if there were multiple male narrators! These two really brought this story to life and kept me on the edge wanting more! I really hope they will be narrating the rest of this series!
I love duet narration! It’s my favorite narration and these two knocked it out of the park! When the male narrator reads all the male parts and the female reads all the female parts it makes it like watching a movie. You can really see the book playing out in your head! I wish more audiobooks did this….I wish ALL audiobooks did this and were as good as this one!
This was my first read from Violet and first audio from Stella and Ryan and I was blown away by all! I can’t wait to dive into book 2 in this series! Gideon was insanely hot and I can’t wait to read his story!
