Sisterhood

This is a story of generational trauma and how it affects siblings relationships, this was beautifully written and I really enjoyed the ending.

A good story overall

Good story, and I’d love to hear more from this author. However, the narrator kept throwing me off with the accents used. The attempts at Boston and Southern accents were so off putting and distracting. Yvonne sounded more like a cross between a NY mob boss and a housewife from Long Island than a Black woman from Boston. Other than that, I would recommend if you can get past it.

Sisters

Can relate to having sisters that sometimes don’t get along and have very different personalities.

Family

Talk about can’t live with them. Can’t live without them family. The storyline was very realistic on the sisters and their relationship very realistic. I saw a lot of life in the story. Storyline was very good definitely would recommend the only thing I have to say coming from Massachusetts. The New England accent eek. Lol

I am one of three girls

I am one of three daughters, and this story hit all the drama right. I laughed, and pondered about our own lives as I read this book.
