  • BONUS: Healthy Sexuality and Intimacy with Carlos Martinez, M.Div., MSMHC, LPC, ACS, CET-II
    Feb 23 2024

Today, Onsite Lead clinician Carlos Martinez joins Mickenzie for an authentic and informative conversation about the ways unresolved painful past events can lead to unhealthy sexual addictions and coping patterns.

We hope this conversation sheds light on this sometimes taboo topic and leaves you with resources and encouragement. Carlos provides expertise, empathy, and encouragement, whether you're struggling, are the partner of someone struggling, or are a mental health professional working in this space. Throughout this conversation, Mickenzie and Carlos also discuss Onsite's upcoming program for men struggling with sex addiction and problematic sexual behaviors, Healthy Sexuality and Intimacy - March 13-20 on our California Campus.

The Healthy Sexuality and Intimacy Program is a week-long workshop that offers a unique therapeutic experience for men who are coping with unresolved, painful past events through unhealthy sexual addiction and patterns by creating a safe space for healing. We guide and encourage you to move from a place of shame and isolation into greater intimacy and connection with yourself and others.

If you’ve been listening to the podcast for long, you’ve probably heard us talk about the concept of living centered. But what does that actually mean? And why is it such an important part of the Onsite experience? Today Mickenzie and Lindsey get to sit down with our Chairman and Proprietor, Miles Adcox, to discuss the concept of Living Centered, how it has become an experience that transcends beyond our in-person group experience, and why Onsite is passionate about helping people optimize and build meaning back to the human experience.

Join us for the final episode of this phenomenal series! Catch up with the rest of the series.

The Experience - Workshop for Alums

You’ve felt it. The grace and understanding that comes from sharing some of your most formative moments with empathetic witnesses. The feeling of being truly seen, known, and loved for who you are, not what you do. The relief that comes from healing what hurts and finding a new way forward.

But our “work” is never done. More healing, more insight, and more growth is waiting for you. That’s why we created “The Experience” —an opportunity designed exclusively for you, an Onsite workshop alum, to return to campus and discover your next layer of healing.
