So cute!

Daniel and Mac are precious! This was such a unique and cool storyline, and I loved watching these two banter and fall for the other. I loved watching how Allie shows each student’s fun characters, and I didn’t feel like they were just plot keys. They were a huge part of the story and Daniel and Mac falling in love. I was sad about their breakup at the end, but their coming together was so sweet! I loved this! Megan Carver was a great narrator, too!

Good book

The narrator did a good job with this book. I enjoyed listening to the story.

I would have loved dual PoV

I would have loved to have both points of view for this book. It was lovely! The narrator wasn’t my absolute favorite but she did very well! Definitely recommend!

Hopelessly romantic

This rom com is so sweet and … believable? Like Nora Ephron believable… Like I could go to work and chat with Mac and Jenny. Like I could TBR Daniel’s books. Just delightful.

Sweet, Feel-Good Rom-Com to add to your TBR

This story was such a sweet, feel-good rom-com, and I loved every second of it! Mac and Daniel’s chemistry was undeniable from the start, and I really enjoyed how their connection grew naturally throughout the story. It had all the cozy vibes of a small-town romance with a fun twist—famous author meets high school teacher? Yes, please!

The audiobook made the experience even better. The narrator absolutely nailed it—every character had so much personality, and the emotions came through in all the right ways. I didn’t want to hit pause!
