This is a great teaser for what I hope to be the next book in this series. It was short and steamy with a great storyline as well as easy to like characters. I absolutely cannot wait for their full story!

Marina Barrett and Theo Sinclair are excellent narrators! They have easy to listen to voices that performed with emotion and had it rolling like a movie in my head.

This is a short novella set in the Italian Stallions series. I want more of Liza and Matt. This ended to quick. Hopefully their full story will come next in the series. Marina Barrett and Theo Sinclair did a great job narrating this story.

Wooowza!

I was gifted this book to rate! Let me start off by saying I’ve been in a hard book slump. And even though this book is the last of the series it sucked me in and didn’t let go. I was up until 2am (even though I have a 1 year old) I couldn’t stop! And now I am buying the whole series to dive in! So glad I was given this book to try. This is a new author to me.

The emotions

Liked it all. Ready for next part of the story. Never been cut off like this book has done!

Naughty and Nice by Mari Carr is a one-night stand enemies to lovers holiday romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Marina Barrett and Theo Sinclair.

I really enjoyed the chemistry between Matt and Liza. I liked that we got both of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

I can't wait for the next book in the series Tempted and Taken to be released on January 9, 2024, so I can get more of Matt and Liza's story.

Marina and Theo did a great job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would recommend this book if you're looking for a one-night stand romance, enemies to lovers romance, holiday romance, or contemporary romance.


The Flock Team

What a tease!

I need moooooore! I had no clue this was a teaser for the book coming out in the new year and I was happy and sad at the same time once I figured it out. I was worried that these two’s story couldnt be told in a novella and thank goodness it isn’t. I have been waiting to see how these two would finally get together and this was a great prologue for them and I will be getting their audiobook once it releases (hopefully not too long after the ebook releases in January).

Liza has been the one watching all her friends and loved ones get their happy after and thank goodness her time is so close! We knew it was going to be with Matt after the hints in some of the previous books and I was so happy to see his hidden Dom side and how submissive she became after she is a fierce leader in her field. Their chemistry is off the charts and I cannot wait to see them fall in love and explore all their kinks/sides to their relationship and personalities. I hope Matt comes to his senses and Liza lets him in and its not a huge drawn out process haha. Besides the heat/steam, I like Liza as a person and connected with her right away. I didnt in the previous books but we got to see how much she advocates for the kids and less fortunate. Love her already, despite her rules for dating haha.

Narration was good as the others in the series by these narrators. No complaints from me, I thought they did a good job channeling their attitudes and twists in their relationship/steamy scenes. I liked how they handled the confrontation with their dates (and I wanted to shake Matt at the end, but can’t wait to see how Liza lays into him hopefully in their book - or pushes him to make a decision hehe).

Enjoyed this audiobook, great addition to this series ❤️
