Mimi is a beautiful Husky dog. She likes to do what all dogs do best. Mimi barks and she sits, jumps and she digs. She sniffs and she howls, runs and licks! However, Mimi's family do not always appreciate her doglike behavior. One day, they move away and leave Mimi behind. Mimi goes on a journey through the desert in search of a forever home.

Young listeners will enjoy listening to action words as they follow Mimi's journey, while learning about common dog traits. This book is perfect for teaching children about adopting and taking care of a pet for the first time.

Lovely Story!

Such a lovely way to teach kids not to give up and about 20-30 important new words for early learners! Great narration with animal noises as well! And not me wanting to cry for Mimi when she found a home!! I’m a sucker for animals, truly.

Very cute!

Such a cute story. And the voice over was excellent and engaging. My daughter and her friend giggled and laughed through the whole thing. Great job!
