The complete series was cute and was nice to listen to while working. This series would be something that I'd recommend.

Loved the way each book built on each other. Very much enjoyed the story, and the narrators

Flowing storyline

If you like shifters, sweet alpha males that are not too obnoxious, and language/culture barrier humor then you will like this alien romance. Moderate spice and would be easy to skip if that's not your thing.

This is my first time reading this author and I enjoyed her writing so much that I will be looking for her other books.

Each of the stories in this set are equally good. I listened to them all within a couple days. The stories are well thought out and build on each other. They could be read in any order but I recommend reading them chronologically bc the interwoven stories will make more sense. The book is an easy read and the world building is effective without feeling like a huge info dump. The characters also have a chance to go from instalove to something with more substance.

The narrator is fantastic and has a very pleasant voice. She didn't get her voice quite low enough for male characters but changed her tone enough that you could hear the difference between the various characters.

Humorous cultural differeces and language barriers for the win

After the first few chapters I was really excited, great story, great narration, fun bits of comedy that literally had me laughing out loud. Then I realized each book was short and lacked follow through. Each book could have easily had so much more, but just wrapped up. The entire premise of the plot was never really completed. Yes, you get this quick little answer that shows a possibility, but there was so much more needed. While I enjoyed lists to what was there, I’m a bit disappointed in the stories not living up to the potential that was absolutely there.

Had such great potential

When you finally got to the actual characters, they were creative enough to keep the interest of someone typically from their upper teens through their middle 20s however, the repetition between the books is difficult to get past. It's the same story told from a couple different perspectives then it switches to a slightly different story with the same format of course. The story does draw you in enough that it's hard to walk away from for some although my other half couldn't really be interested in it the outside perspective of how someone might see human society was quite entertaining. It seems as though humans take things for granted in many ways, but this storyline highlights just how important actual communication can be between people.. fumbled communications can become really comical and I've not seen it laid out better than the way the storylines of each of these books goes. Some of the parts are hilarious, the romance scenes get really graphic. Definitely deserves an R rating if they ever make a series or a movie. But those scenes are fairly short and don't take away from the storyline.

Interesting perspective
