Marisa Socci had to be cursed!
That must be the reason that she suddenly had sleazeballs hovering around her all the time lately and why someone had broken into her condo. She was certain that her luck could not get any worse, until she lost a bet and ended up on a blind date with the most uncouth man she’d ever met, James.

James Cassidy wasn’t about to say no to this delectable morsel of femineity before him – no matter how many times she curled her upper lip in disgust. So what if he wasn’t what she was looking for in a man? He was filling a role, stepping in as a blind date, in order to see exactly what was going on behind the scenes in his case.

When a mistake puts her directly in the path of danger - perhaps it was time to portray himself in another light?

… And would Marisa play along if it meant saving her life?

Wouldn’t every girl like to run into someone like James? What a debonaire, smooth talking, sincere man. A gentleman that builds up a person instead of tearing them down. It sounds like Marissa had a tough time with Mark, her self deprecating description included quips like when she was describing “catching crumbs on her boob shelf”! Thank goodness she divorced Mark, good riddance! He was worse than the initial description in the book. I love that James was able to come to the aid of Marissa. Bringing Jagger with him was just the icing on the cake! Throughout the entire book, James proved that he was worthy of Marissa‘s love. Fortunately, she figured that out. Despite him not being her type, she found that his earnestness and loving treatment resulted in the fact that she loved him. This was such a feel good book and not the usual connection with absolutely beautiful women and stunningly, attractive men. Instead, it seemed like regular people having a beautiful love connection. Loved this one!

Sincere and Loving!
