When Rockford Security is hired to play bodyguard to high-profile magician Xavier Ballentine’s props and secrets, Blake sees it as an easy job for the youngest Rockford sibling, Garrett, to get some experience in the field. I do not like the virtual narrator!

The story ended up being decent, but the virtual narrating was so blah and lacking of any emotion that it was boring. There was no voice change for different characters, so one character ran into another character, and after awhile I wasn't sure which character was talking. I almost gave up on the book several times. I like this author, so I hung on hoping it would get better, or I would get into the story. I'm afraid if he keeps using this kind of narration for his audiobooks, he will lose a good deal of his readers.
