Management consultant Frank Stein gets blackmailed by his boss Monica "Mo" Hussein into joining a secretive group of vigilante killers. The group is called the Network, and its members target civilians that use corporate influence to enable and support genocide, hate-crime, and anti-democratic activity.

As Frank is forced to turn himself into a murderer, he struggles with his conscience at first. But when he begins to understand Monica's reasons for doing what she does, he finds a way to justify his own actions.
