not bad, not great

This was not bad, the plot so far was interesting enough to not dnf, obviously with the cliffhanger ending, more truths will be explored... As far as an rh goes, better then most. I didn't eyeroll at least. The spice betweeen the fmc and the mc guys was spot on however I did not care at all for the mm. Just not for me and to my mind, ruins the rh aspect. Authors add it to rh books a lot and I prefer my rh to be true to the fmc. The fmc was pretty good, but considering she has past trauma and the fact that the spice went from 0-100 on day 1, that came off as a little much. I couldn't get myself to care about the characters, other than the little sister, she was cute and Scarlett needed a friend. Couldn't get past some of the oddly formal dialogue from supposed MC guys, it was stilted. The OW drama felt like it was in the book just for added drama and length and it was a bit much and you just don't get to know the guys all that well, they are a bit boring especially for an MC. The narrators were good, the female narrator came off as robotic sometimes.

Took a minute then it got good

Such a juicy and spicy story, I originally bought it because it was on sale. It took me a minute to actually get into it because of all the missing parts of the story but now it makes sense and I need to read the rest. I love spicy and the only thing that I love better is an amazing plot. This book felt like I was watching a tv show, I love Scarlett and all of the boys. I’ve been missing great smut with an even better plot!!! Got me sitting on the edge of my chair the entire time. I don’t want to spoil it, let me just say, Emmet is my favorite.

Freaking amazing ending!

I did not love the female narrator in this book but the story was so good. It started out a little slow but once it picked up I could not stop listening. There is still soooo much to be discovered and I cannot wait. Scarlett is a badass FMC. I can’t wait for the next book!

This was amazing! FMC rocked, could not have asked for a better biker story. I've lived the biker life this is close.
