Great book!

It took a minute for me to get into the first book but I listened and decided to listen to the second book. I'm glad I did!! I enjoyed this book and I look forward to more books from this author!

Just Say No AI Narration

The AI narration was BAD. There was no emotion or feeling, just reading the words, i.e., P.O.W (you’ll know when you know). I found it hard to connect with the characters. It was just words.

The story line was fine, but I felt some kinda way about the friendship with Nadia and Jada. I understand some things needed to be held back to progress the story line, but it was an unrealistic depiction of friendships between African American women. I couldn’t truly see them as friends.
