One of the only people Malik trusted was his cousin Devonte, who was the complete opposite of him in every way.
Devonte, didn’t have a small circle, and spent his life going from woman to woman. He was a gambler who took risk some wouldn’t dare. Devonte never seen a bet he wouldn’t place, or a woman he wouldn’t sleep with.So of course when he saw Hazel’s step sister Destiny, he had to know the chick behind the counter.
This caused several things to transpire, and Hazel and Malik to meet on unexpected terms.

Just the beginning

The story is cool, but it felt like a buildup for the real story. The ending has me ready for book 2 immediately!

I like all the moving story with in. How some bad traits are taught from parents. Then how some women put men in front of children for the sake of not being alone Wish it was not virtual voice

The great story telling slightly drowns out the Terrible virtual audio. It’s so good that I’m listening to the next one

I love this story. Poor Hazel I hope she finds true happiness. I’m hoping there is a part 2. Them step sisters are a mess. I love part of the book is in Md my hometown.
