I am generally prone to struggle to fall asleep. My mind races from one thought to another and seems incapable of settling into slumber. This audio-book did an awesome job of fixing that. With it's guiding imagery I was able to focus on the here and now and was asleep in less than 30 minutes. That may not seem that impressive but when it generally takes me almost 3 hours this was an amazing book to magnify my slumber!

I thought it was a misprint. I thought it would be 20 hours. (And 20 hours is very rare with sleep sounds audiobooks.). But it really is over 200 hours. As they say about a buffet, "If you can't find something you like at a buffet, there's something wrong with YOU!"

I've tried many other audiobooks that only last an hour or two. What are you supposed to do, wake up in the middle of the night and start the program over? These programs last 10 hours each.

My personal favorite is the good ol' ocean waves on the beach. Beautiful.
The guided imagery based on poems is a cool idea. I can take or leave it. I'm just happy that I got all this for ONE credit.

I recently purchased Bryan's audiobook and have enjoyed it's tranquil content. There we many unique options to choose. From ocean waves, to mountain stream, to gentle rain, to grotto falls and to fireplace with outside wind, these are quality relaxing sounds. This audiobook is ideal for anyone seeking restful sleep.

I purchased this over a month and a half ago....I can't believe the options. The ocean waves and waterfalls with the tones are my favorite so far. I love the smooth transitions leaving my sleep unterrupted. I listen to this every night and it is so relaxing. I even took a nap the other day and set the timer.....and I peacefully awoke when it stopped. Really enjoy the love and thoughtfulness that was put in this product. Thank you!
