Tremendous Story and Characters

A great story from start to finish. The characters are rich and interesting and their partnerships in solving crime spot on. The reader has a strong and wonderful voice in telling the story.

The best one yet in this series

Just the right balance of an excellent mystery and continuing character development of the main players. The lovely Welsh words and place names trip easily off the narrator’s tongue for a delightful listen. More please.

Wonderfully written novel about a difficult subject

Very much liked the fact that this story has at its core a topic which is both current and difficult. The author weaves a story about a very difficult subject in a way that allows the reader to experience the emotions that it causes in a safe space. The author wove a tail of uncertainty, and fear but did so in a way that created a very captivating Journey. I can honestly say that I did not see the ending coming which is in my mind the best thing in a book. I don't like a book that I know what's going to happen before it does and this one to not disappoint by the different twists and turns it took . I had no clue how the ending was going to unfold but as it did it was the right ending for the story. The more I read of this author the better I like the books and the stories that he creates. I only wish the stories were longer so that I could immerse myself for a few hours more in this world that Mr Dylan has created.

Wonderful narrative and interesting storyline. Enjoy every book in the series. Great characters. Always on point and makes you want to get to the next book.
