I enjoyed listening to this fine book of philosophy. I would tecommend it. The discussion of stoicism was interesting.

To me, a philosophy neophyte, this is a clear, well-stated, and relatively simple explanation of stoicism. Clearly this is a primer, not a deep dive into this philosophy. It raises as many if not more questions than it answers, but it’s a great start.
