I like that it was to the point without a lot of fluff and had good ideas.

Not what I expected

I thought this was how to focus on your work, like if you have ADHD. It’s how to focus on your goals. It spent a lot of time talking about willpower and visualization which are not things I’m particularly good at. Also the virtual voice was bland. This at least made it easier for me to speed up the audio to 2.0x so I finished the book faster. I prefer longer books read by actual people.
