Sunshine & The Grumpy Lumberjack

I love a grumpy/vibrant combo! Immm the MMC opens up & supports the FMC. This was my 2nd read from this series (I didn't go in order). But they can be read as a standalone without an HT y confusion - if you haven't read any of the other books. I liked the MMC more than the FMC at times because he felt more connected

Broody/Sexy Lumberjack Meets Runaway Bride and Her Emu.

Falling is forced proximity, runaway bride, grumpy/sunshine, small town romance. Callum is a grumpy farmer who helps Ruby after she runs away from her wedding with an emu. Her parents own an emu farm in Utah. She overhead her ex-fiancé stole her land and that she was meh. Callum saves her from the snow, and gives her and her emu a place to stay. This installment of the Landmark Mountain series was well done. The romance between Ruby and Callum was authentically gorgeous. Their attraction was immediate, but they fell hard as they got to know each other. The conflict was good, well-paced, and interesting. Ruby and Callum grew as characters and a couple. I love that she made into the sexy, broody lumberjack! 4.5 stars

Entertaining

I love stories set in small towns and this one ticked all the boxes for me. A love story which was an emotional roller coaster. A romance that drew me in and quickly had me hooked.

The chemistry between them was intense and the banter witty. Falling was a wonderful book and I cannot wait to read more from this relatively new to me author.

I loved everything about this book. The narration by narrators Angelina Rocca and Stephen Borne brought the characters and story to life for me. They were easy to listen to and their voices pleasant. Although the male narrator’s pronunciation of Emu drove me crazy.

For me best landmark story so far but heroine was frustrating

I love the landmark series so far. Both of the other stories involved an initial one night stand/earlierrelationship. This was more a traditional get to know you love story. The only thing I did not like was how frustrating and immature the heroine seemed at times. That said all overall I really loved it.
