Welcome to Crooked Creek, Alaska where you should expect the unexpected. Chloe should have read the fine print when her grandfather left her his old cabin. No bathroom, check. No fridge, check. Hot forest ranger to confuse everything she thought she knew, check. What the heck did she just do? This was supposed to give her some time to sort out her life. Figure out who she was and where she was going. The only thing she’s sorting out is that she needs hiking boots and a new car. Her plump little butt should start running, but that gaze from hot guy has her throwing common sense to the wind and buying coolers and a bucket to prove she can do this. Except a storm, a washed out road, and the tree attacking her car says she needs help. Help in the form of Andy who’s one bear of man.

Nice Quick Read

I had to chuckle when early on we find out he is a bear shifter and a Partk Ranger. I couldn't think of him as anyone other than Smokey yhe Bear. it was endearing and the story was enjoyable.

Not bad for a virtual reader

Cute little quick story. I am not a fan of virtual reading but this wasn’t bad. I would recommend it as quick listen.
