Cedar Creek Lake is a wonderful place to escape the fast-pace and crime of nearby Dallas. People flock there to relax, enjoy water activities, and recharge. But suddenly the peaceful lake life is threatened by a serial arsonist who baffles law enforcement as he uses a myriad of accelerants to torch houses and buildings in East Texas.
This arsonist is extremely intelligent and clever. He is on a mission to strike fear in local residents who pray their home will be spared. The firebug also puts the many volunteer firefighters' lives in danger with each new blaze. These men and women selflessly donate their valuable time and risk their lives to protect their communities.
Who is the Firebug? He sends video of his arson fires to the local newspaper and calls out the Henderson County Fire Marshal. But he remains in the shadows. The sheriff must take him down before anyone gets injured or dies. The clock is ticking as the arsonist plans even more mayhem. Is your home next?
