easy to digest investing book

i've read or should I say "tried to read" many investment books before and this one was the only one I could get through and its a long one!! 5 hrs!! i'm on my second listen now and i've gotta say, its really great. highly recommend

I’m an entrepreneur but a complete newbie to real estate. This book’s title is true. Each chapter is a step in the entire process of purchasing your first property and thoroughly took me through types of properties, investment strategies, and how to close the deal. I loved the chapters about financial literacy and improving your credit score. There is even a bonus chapter about creative financing strategies. This is truly the only book you need and demystifies real estate to true beginners.

Very Fine Book

This actually is the only book you would need for real estate investing. It's very thorough beginning with removing obstacles for ordinary folks to enter the market, to displaying various different kinds of real estate investments as well as how to finance and cut the first deal and work with tenants and contracts and everything else under the sun. This is very well researched and put together, and the narrator is easy to listen to which I always appreciate.
