Seventeen-year-old Tennessee Russo's life is imploding. His boyfriend has been cheating on him, and all his friends know about it. Finding artifacts related to the troop of ancient Greek soldiers, composed of one-hundred-and-fifty gay couples, means navigating ruins, deciphering ancient mysteries, and maybe meeting a cute boy.

But will his dad let Tennessee do the right thing with the rings if they find them? And what is the right thing? Who does queer history belong to?

Against the backdrop of a sunlit Greek landscape, author L. C. Rosen weaves together adventure, romance, and magic in a celebration of the power of claiming your queer legacy.

Perfect Voice for the Plot

I love Lev AC Rosen’s books! But this was the first time I listened to his book instead of reading it and oh my good lord! This was the perfect voice for Tennessee and it helped immerse me in this world! Also, it’s not often I that I find an audio book where a male reader can do a decent woman’s voice, but here we are! Literally no complaints! Great plot, great dialogue, great reader!

Awful hackey prose.

Being Queer Positive isnt enough to carry a book. The text is super chliche and just awful. I really tried to get in to th eplot, Thought an indana jone/Laura Croft style hero was an awsome idea. But I cant make it through this drivel.
