The Cosa Nostra, the American Mafia consisted of 24 godfathers directing the Organization's activities in 20 North American cities. Seattle, Northwest, in Austin, Southwest, passing through San Francisco and Los Angeles, to Miami, to the Southeast, via New Orleans, then Chicago, Northeast, passing through Washington and New York, the crime syndicate organizes the trafficking of narcotics, prostitution and illegal betting. Angelo Caneto, the godfather of godfathers, enthroned on the sprawling Octopus. But two rival families, the Cocchi and the La Rocca, him cause trouble by their incessant squabbles.
