Nyx Veskovic is the black sheep of the four Dragon Princes, and he has never felt as though he truly belongs.

When he meets Romi, a beautiful red-haired witch, his life changes. He hates witches and everything they represent, and even though he shouldn’t want anything to do with her, Nyx can’t stop thinking about her. He struggles with the notion that his True Mate is a witch, believing that the curse that plagues his family’s ability to love is particularly cruel to him.

His love and loyalty are put to the test when he learns about Romi’s true lineage and her coven that has a dark past. However, Romi’s ancestors aren’t the only thing threatening their happiness. When a power-hungry, vengeful bear shifter hunts Nyx for revenge, Nyx will do whatever it takes to claim Romi as his own and ensure her safety.
