Jesus tells a story about a farmer sowing seeds. Some days are like the seed on the path where good intentions are eaten up by the realities of daily living. Some days are like the seed that falls on rocky places where there is not time or space to do anything but survive. Some days are like the seed that falls among thorns where people and circumstances choke out all our best efforts.
