This title uses virtual voice narration

Virtual voice is computer-generated narration for audiobooks.

Ross was my best friend, my first crush.
Then he became my enemy.

I tried to make him my past but fate is calling him my future.
A temporary future if I have any say in it, but he’s not making it easy.
How on earth did we both become co-owners of the Wild Lights Resort?
They say there is a fine line between love and hate.
In this case, the line is a fish out of water (me), and a total grump (him) being forced to work together.
I would love to throw a pinecone at him.
Or a can of bear spray.
That is if I don’t throw myself at him first.

This heartwarming, hilarious romantic comedy is closed-door but has all the sizzle, swoon, and happily ever after you're guaranteed to love. Timeline-wise, this book is set right after the prequel novella, Wild About My Boss, but the entire Wild About You Series are standalone stories and can be read in any order.

It was so hard to follow this story because of the virtual voice. Little too. no inflection. I had to re listen to parts because it all blended together. Prime example of why I don’t listen to vv books

Why virtual voice isn’t good yet

This could have been an adorable listen. But having narration by only one voice made it difficult to discern which character was either speaking or thinking. I thought the male character was a woman for several chapters. If this is how virtual ai type narration “read” future books, I will not be purchasing them.

Terrible narration
