Howl of The Wolf

In the first book of the Farrunner Chronicle series, we meet young Lucien Farrunner. He is the first of his kind, half human and half werewolf. The union of his werewolf father and his human mother was a love story in which they were exiled. They founded their own village, far from their homeland, with friends who considered them family.

Lucien, returning from a hunting ritual to adulthood, came home to find his family and the entire village massacred. Not a soul left alive. The only clue as to who was responsible for such carnage was a calling card left by the deadliest band of mercenaries in all of Arborreah, the 100 Blades.
