When Amelia meets Nick, the Christmas Scrooge in an Armani suit, she’s determined to protect her business from his holiday-hating-money-grubbing hands. And Nick finds that keeping his distance from the charming Amelia becomes more difficult with each heated encounter.

Because the more they fight, the stronger their attraction grows, and despite their differences, Amelia yearns to show Nick the true meaning of Christmas and hopefully save her hotel in the process.
That is, if they don’t strangle each other with the garland first…

Super sweet!

I enjoyed the story very much. Virtual voice can never replace human voice actors but it’s better than listening to Alexa read. The story was good but I think Nick’s father capitulated unrealistically at the end and it felt a bit rushed. I listened this for a reading challenge and I’m not sorry that I did.

A Little Christmas Tale

Sometimes it's fun to enjoy a Christmas story in the heat of summer. I love the little Florida town. Amelia is strong and determined. She does have great marketing ideas. Nick is conflicted pretty much throughout the story trying to balance new feelings with strong business minded ideas. This was a sweet read with a great ending. #CMCon26
