Boring. Three chapters in I’m returning this title. Virtual voice is nice, tho. Death on the Danube is better

virtual voice pulls down quality

This is a book with a good plotline, but the lack of character definition normally provided by a real person narrating does not help the audible experience. I was sorely disappointed by the "one level" of performance quality. This authors work deserved better.

The AI voice. Weird voice inflections and tone

Didn’t like the AI voice. Weird voice inflections and tone. Difficult to get past. Took me a while to get used to it. The story was good for a cozy mystery. Light read for fun and not much graphic shock value murder like other books.
