Murder, magic, and mayhem on tap—Turk’s pub has seen better grand openings.

Sera Grass is used to waltzing through life—literally. As the manager of the Crystal Ballroom, her world revolves around grace, rhythm, and the occasional ghostly audience. But when a body drops in the middle of her best friend Turk’s newly renovated pub, Sera finds herself in the spotlight of a much deadlier dance.

With Turk looking guiltier by the pint, Sera dives headfirst into the mystery, determined to clear his name. Her tools? A ghost who loves to meddle, magical powers she’s still learning to handle, and a grumpy mentor who swears failure is the best teacher. No pressure.

As they follow a trail of clues through Robato Island’s magical history, Sera and Turk uncover ancient secrets, dangerous spells, and enough chaos to keep the island’s witches blushing. But can Sera and Turk crack the case before the killer calls last orders on them both?

Ghost Pub on Robato Island is a bewitchingly fun paranormal cozy mystery filled with magic, murder, and heart. Download it now and raise a glass to laughter, suspense, and second chances!

There was some potential here but I’m not sure if it was the virtual voice, a previous book, or perhaps bad writing but there was a lot going on with no explanation. Plus some words were pronounced wrong several times. I tried to make it all the way through but there just wasn’t any smooth storytelling. All the bits just seemed to rushed.

the ending wasn't much of an ending. still not sure what happened to one of the missing people.
the audio wasn't great, the way it pronounced Sara is HORRIBLE!!

The narrator voice was off. No inflection, poor, very poor. No emotion or differentiation of characters voices . The voice was /is mechanical. It was as if one person that is heinous at reading a story read it. The majority of audio books have narrator(s) that are well versed, seasoned voice artists/actors. I can’t tell you what the story is about because the narrator irritated me. I kept hoping it would change, get better if you will but it didn’t. I stopped about chapter 4 and skipped to the end of the book. The narrator never changed. The only ok thing about this book is nothing.

The voice is off and extremely poor, what’s the story about?
