Great Prequel!

It was great to hear about the arcane originals of Dustin Graves. I highly recommend this prequel as well as the entire Darkling Mage series. Luke Daniels does a superb job narrating the audiobook series.

Good story, great voice performance. I know him from other series and he’s always excellent.

Love it!

This book is short and awesome. It's a little dark, but Dustin is hilarious, and his powers are freaky and cool! I love the sentient sword! I can't wait to read more of this story!
I listened to the audiobook, and I love this narrator so much. He brings Dustin's character to life perfectly.

great UF series

The Prequel to the Darkling Mage book gives the origin story for Dustin and Vanitas. It’s a great UF series and I appreciate the author adding the audio edition to complete the series. Voice actor Luke Daniels is perfection as Dustin.

Very nice introduction to the series

Very nice introduction to the series. The narrator is very good but could be little bit younger, with the main character so young.
