Clues may be hard to come by, but one thing's for sure: something killed that man, and that something now has its eyes focused on Morgan.

Good narration, great story

I thought it dragged a bit in places but loved the ideas. Our intrepid heroine can be a bit too convinced of her own survival.

I love this series!

I hope there are many more books coming. This one might be my favorite in the series

Wow! Super Interesting Storyline!

The third book in this series took a turn that was a little unexpected, but very interesting! Without giving any spoilers away, this is a very apt topic for these modern times and I love how the author provided extra details at the end of the stories. I’m looking forward to the next book in this series already!

Hooked from the Begining

Beast of the North Wood by Annelise Ryan is absolutely outstanding. The story is atmospheric, chilling, and layered with mystery that kept me hooked the entire time. The North Woods setting comes alive with eerie detail, creating the perfect backdrop for a tale that blends suspense, folklore, and human drama seamlessly. The characters feel real and engaging, and I was invested in their journey from the very beginning.

The narration is excellent—clear, expressive, and perfectly matched to the tone of the story. It heightened the tension and made the atmosphere even more immersive.
