Great story but the female narrator…

I loved the story but I could barely get through it with the female narrator. Her voice is so raspy and does not feel like it fits. The male narrator is great though.

Follow your dreams, goat girl.

I can’t with this narrator. This is so painful, but I am determined to see this through. But it’s very hard up get into the story and not imagine our heroine with hooves.

Actors perfect with one exception

Loved Saint’s voice actor. Perfect for the role.

Tessa’s voice actor was ok but has a very distracting voice warble that just makes her sound as if she can’t breathe properly every sentence. Voice too childish for the character who seemed to be far more mature in her tone in the book.

Hope it is adjusted for book 2.

Blind Date with a Book

I got this as a blind date with a book from a cute little romance book store while I was on vacation. It's a cute - the narration is a little creepy, but once you speed it up it's not as distracting. It was the perfect short read for a quick girls weekend at the beach.

Female Narrator

Overall I loved the story. The female narrators voice became distracting at times. I wasnt sure if it was on purpose or not.
