Even adventurers want a change of pace every now and then. Priestess stays behind for once, Cow Girl visits town without any work, Guild Girl takes a rare day off, and High Elf Archer reminisces about old adventures instead of looking for a new one. But evil doesn't take vacations. Goblin Slayer, Spearman, and Heavy Warrior are teaming up, but is this irregular party good enough to battle demons?! Fantasy Humorous Sword & Sorcery

This book felt like it was just taking up space (filler), but the voice actors were still awesome.

While this is essentially side stories of other characters, one common trait they all have is that they know Goblin Slayer, they have talked to him, and he has either inspired them or gave them advice that helped them later on. What I like is that it's kind of a ripple effect of the Goblin Slayer's character where he's more open to helping people and doing more than just goblins slaying while still focusing on his main mission of killing goblins. It's showing growth. It's pretty cool. The only real downside I have has to do with the author and their particular need to explain everyone chest sizes and how they thrust. It gets tiring having to hear it over and over again.

Side stories that show how one person can change the lives of many.

good book good stories but dont expect much in terms of story progression this volume. Voice Actors do a pretty good job overall.

Side story volumen essentially

In theory, a collection of short side stories that expand apon the side characters and how they have been affected by Goblin Slayer could have been quite good. However, this volume was a complete waste - shallow, pointless fluff. I have no deeper understanding, sympathy, insight, love, or hate for any of the characters. OK, I will admit to disappointment that Rookie Dumbass did not get eaten by a rat. Other than that, this was just the ramblings of an author who lost all direction and was out of ideas.

Lame

love this story so much, just wish there was a little more material per light novel to make the purchase not seem so light for the cost compared to other light novels. 5 and a half hours at normal listening rate just seems a little underwhelming for the price, but really do enjoy this story, don't get me wrong, just want more value.

Great story just want more value.
