Fun Listen

This was a fun listen. Sometimes it got to be a lot of info dump, but the characters were well rounded. There was only one thing that sort of bothered me. Toward the end one of the characters voices changed into another's. It pulled me out just a little, but and only happened for two lines. Overall good story, fun characters, and enjoyable. Will be getting the others in the series.

Luke Daniels is awesome

The narration from Luke Daniels is always amazing!
But dang this book felt more like a never-ending menu screen update the story itself was not bad but be constant level up notifications and skill notifications was insane.

An interesting start

So I was worried at first that it would be a huge I'm unstoppable MC, but it fortunately became a "This is what he can get to" and he'll have to put in work.

Character interaction was a little rough at times, and once or twice Luke flubs who's speaking IIRC, but overall it was solid and the world interesting enough I'll drop a credit on the next book.

It's a really great book series and everything and I can't wait for the fifth book to come out
