Did not disappoint- very intricate weaving of plots and character development-loved the storyline overall- no cliffhangers with satisfactory ending

I really enjoyed The Alpha’s Protective Mate. The Author Jaymin Snow did a phenomenal job with this storyline and characters of this story, I also really enjoyed this series

Best of the series

This is Robert and Charlotte's story. Robert is a pack alpha (the scarred bestie to Morris and Adam) and Charlotte is a vampire who has been brutally discarded by her family. She has almost no vampire power and has embraced her humanity wholeheartedly (she's a barista, an animal shelter volunteer, and a student). In this world vampires are violent, flashy, narcissistic creatures who think themselves superior, so she is everything they aren't.

Like the rest of the books in the series, this one has some hateful family members and attacks on the heroine, but not quite as many. The thing that distinguishes this book from the others is the love. Robert is caring and devoted and doesn't doubt or leave the heroine for long, even though he's conflicted about her species. And thank god for that. That’s why I read these, for the romance, not unrelenting pain and misery. This is also the first book with pack politics, wolf - vamp lore, and wild synchronicities. 

The narration is great.
