Description: There are a number of different safety agencies working on drinking water, and all of them are issuing warnings about components that are hazardous to human health, as well as components that have the potential to cause corrosion or scaling on pipes and installations. Nevertheless, drinking water can contribute a significant portion of the daily mineral intake, particularly for the elderly and children, as well as for those who are at risk of mineral shortages due to incorrect eating habits or starvation. This is especially true for individuals who are at risk of mineral deficiencies.
The scope of this book encompasses a wide range of topics, including rules for undesirable components and the fundamental mineral composition of water. Furthermore, it examines 22 nutritive elements and ions, as well as 21 dangerous contaminants. As a result, this book provides a comprehensive and holistic approach to drinking water. This article covers all the following topics: the role of nutrients in the body, the symptoms of deficiency and overload, the benefits of minerals derived from drinking water, and the symptoms of toxic components. The authors also recommend mineral ratios and ranges that are considered healthy for drinking water.
This new edition of the book on drinking water quality and health, the first of its kind and a highly popular one, places a stronger emphasis on the role of minerals in drinking water. This book was published in the first edition of this book collection. This publication includes additional information on the negative effects that reverse osmosis water has on human health and comprises scientific material that was published no more than a few months ago.
