第4章では、「社長としての人物力」 について全101項目を挙げました。
社長には、社長にしかできないことがあります。
それが、社長としての正しい考え方であり、正しい生き方です。
経営や人生の原理原則を守ることです。
それらが間違った方向を向いていると、
戦略立案もマーケティングもリスクマネジメントも人材育成も、
すべてが間違った方向に増幅して進んでしまいます。
大きな悪い会社ができあがっていきます。そして、最後は消えていくのです。
それは、わたしが「目的」とすることではありません。
わたしの目的は、わたしの関わった経営者の方に、良い会社をつくっていただくことです。
そうして、その会社が提供する商品・サービスを手にするお客さまに幸せになっていただくことを通じて、
経営者も、その会社で働く従業員の方にも、幸せになっていただきたい。
そして、そういう会社がひとつでも多く増えることによって、
この国日本が良くなることに貢献すること。
それが、わたしの人生の目的であり、使命だと思っています。
