    At the Tokyo Olympic Games 2020, Philippines weight lifter Hidilyn Diaz won US$200,000 for winning the country’s first gold medal plus additional compensation that brought her total earnings to US$970,000, plus a house, a condo and unlimited flights on the national airline!

    And finally this smelly story: A flight carrying hungover England fans back from the EURO2024 final in Germany has been forced to make an emergency landing after an "undefined" smell filled the cabin.
