What Is The Intent Of This Story?

I was not too fond of the across-the-board negative perspective. Race-baiting with seemingly the intent of pitching forth a harmful narrative from the voice of the African Diaspora community. Perhaps you should reconsider posting one-sided views that ostensibly unmask a predisposition of this NPR reporting.
