Dark romance meets psychological thriller.

I honestly didn’t know what I was walking into with this series but wow — I am speechless and also my head hurt more than one time.

Narrated in duet by Lucy Rivers and Sebastian York (and they absolutely nailed it).

The story pulled me into the twisted, intimate battle between Halen — a brilliant, scarred forensic psychologist — and Kallum Locke, a dangerously alluring philosophy professor and sociopath, in a town full of secrets, two serial killers with occult philosophies on the run and their obsessions.
But you have to question everything… even the ending left my mind reeling.

Just as good as the first!

The twists in this book is mindblowing!! Can't wait to start the next one!! Thr narrators knocked this telling out of the park!! The book keeps you engaged throughout!

Book 2 was just as good as book 1.

Book 2 was just as good as book 1. Part of the mystery is solved and they come together as meant. Part 3 will be the conclusion.

Cliff hanger

The end of this made me need to read the next, I need to know what happens next. The story was so good and drew me in even after I’d have to stop listening .

Do you crave DARK & SPICY 🌶️ 🥵

I’ll be honest with you. Most so called Dark and Spicy books just aren’t enough of either for me. I’m always left with - Oh That Was Cute- feeling. Thinking it could have been more dark. NOT WITH THIS BOOK SERIES! It’s got it all!! The OMG spice and it’s oh so pitch black dark! I never saw what was coming till they spelled it out for me! I was wrong about where it was going! The twist and turns were a roller coaster ride of dark and misleading emotion. I can not stress this enough you have to read or listen to this series. It will have you rereading it over and over just so you’re sure you read it right. I will leave you wondering how you didn’t see things happening that were right in front of you! This is just an amazing series. Please read or listen for yourself!
