Steve is also the founder of a rental real estate business in Vermont and the author of The Unlikeliest Olympian: Our 12-Year Struggle To Save Our Child: A Story For Every Parent. Over the years, Stephen has enjoyed sketching and his hand-drawn images appear throughout the book.

    In this episode, Steve opens up about his career transitions, the influences that shaped him, and the life lessons he has learned along the way.
