Greenaway notes that the Planalto prospect shares similar mineralisation characteristics with the company's Colina Deposit, which has long been the subject of Latin’s exploration and development campaign. So far, Planalto's stacked pegmatite lenses exhibit a shallower dip, but the coarse-grained, spodumene-only mineralisation is consistent with Colina's. Greenaway reveals the latest drilling has helped the explorer lock onto an up-dip trend in the high-grade core, which will now be the focus of additional drilling. An initial Planalto resource estimate is scheduled for 2024’s September quarter, pending the receipt of all outstanding assay results.
