A two part review

Ok… so I’m doing a first review before finishing this audible. I have really enjoyed Grey Huffington books… but his one was different. I wasn’t expecting the brilliant but very odd (kinda OCD) somewhat schizophrenic handsome main character… but even as the head of a successful highly close knit family criminal enterprise— he is likable. However, because this complicated man has opened up and started loving this “Eden” character— is holding on to such deep deceit— I can’t stand her! I must have missed something but a chapter or so ago… I thought she revealed that she was agent.. but it must have been her internal thoughts. Anyway, with the depth of their connection and how much she’s feeling for him I hate that author hasn’t had her take her dilemma to him … inviting his help and ability to resolve the impossible…. We’ll see….🤷🏽‍♀️
Ok… sooo this is 2 of 2: all I can say is reminded of God’s grace and the blessing of forgiveness and unconditional love. With that.. I was touched by Chem and the power of his love, a part of me knew/hoped Egypt was pregnant, and I was touched by the healing their baby brought (with his sisters) and her humility. Looking forward to more Huffington writing!

The way he let his guard down for Eden. And the way he loved his sister's.

I loved that the women in this story was powerful. They were bosses in their own individual way.

Oh Chemistry!

I really enjoyed this read. It was beautifully written and narrated and I loved the twist. It was spicy yet paced and I loved hearing the backstory of the characters, what drove them to act the way they did.

I need more

This book is amazing from beginning to end. I need more of this love story. A man like that is truly something impeccable

This story was good all the way around! Some say chef’s kiss, some say da bomb, I say all that & a bag of chips! Loved loved loved it….can’t say enough good things about the story line, narration, couple of jaw dropping moments, etc just pure entertainment energy. I was hesitant bc there weren’t a lot of reviews but GH didnt disappoint & really did her thing with this one 🔥🔥🔥
